  • Yes! Even if it is outside of my operating hours, if it is an emergency, feel free to call and I will do my best to try to fit you into my schedule.

  • Currently, I only accept cash or e-transfer payments. These payments must be made immediately after the appointment.

  • Please try to wear loose, comfortable clothing that is easy to move in. Avoid pieces like denim. Your clothes do not need to come off during treatment.

  • If you wish to cancel your appointment, it must be done 24 hours before the start of your appointment in order for you to not get charged. Otherwise, you will be charged the full amount, regardless of whether you show up.

  • We understand emergencies happen, so if you’re running late, let us know ASAP. However, you will be treated for the remainder of your time slot and no extra time will be allotted. You will still be charged the full fee. If you are consistently late to your appointments, we might deny future bookings.

  • There are no elevators available in our building, but stairs are available for you to reach our clinic on the second floor. If you need accessibility help, feel free to call us and we will send someone down to help you.
