More About Cindy Qi
Cindy Qi is a seasoned manual osteopathic practitioner with over 20 years of clinical experience and a lifelong passion for healing. She began her healthcare journey in China, earning her degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine from Hubei University of Chinese Medicine in 2005, followed by five years of hospital practice as a Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner.
After moving to Toronto, Cindy broadened her expertise, graduating from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2013 and practicing for more than a decade as a Registered Massage Therapist. She became known for blending massage therapy with techniques such as cupping and acupuncture, delivering thoughtful, individualized care across diverse clinical settings.
Driven to address the root causes of pain, Cindy pursued osteopathy, graduating in 2026 from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy after completing over 5,700 hours of intensive training. Today, she focuses exclusively on osteopathic assessment and treatment, using a whole-body, patient-centred approach.
Since 2020, Cindy has also taught anatomy and manual techniques at a massage school in Toronto, sharing her knowledge while continuing to deepen her own understanding. She has provided more than 1,200 free osteopathic treatments to community members, guided by her belief that quality healthcare should be accessible to all.
Blending Eastern and Western medical philosophies, Cindy brings depth, precision, and compassion to every treatment; always learning, always refining, and always focused on helping her patients truly heal.
